St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Melissa Price Smith said in a news release she was giving them until June 1 to comply. “After that date, my office will move forward with criminal charges against those who continue to violate state gambling statutes,” she said. “Our priority is the safety and integrity of our community.”
